Hello,

(I'm pretty new, and I'm from Poland, so pleas excuse if my english will be awkward or ungrammatic).

I have many problems with Affinity Publisher and it started two monts ago. (Meanwile my computer system was broken).

First: I made document with all I wanted: master pages, text flow, sections, table of content, numbers of pages... I had first page, and other where I "cleared masters". My document was in format A5, so I even succesfully printed some pages with "booklet" format.

Then I put there some png from free png www site. Affinity was closed when I try to move picutre. I made new document. And then when I try to remove some pages, the other pages gone. (I have video screen).

I made again new document, I even returned to earlier update of Affinity. And then again to newest update. Every time pop another problem.

When I'm making text frame, I can't see the one I made before. (I also made video).

I can't make text flow with ctrl+arrow (earlier I could).

Somethink going wrong with Baseline grid. Some lines still are'nt on the same level.

It happend in every new document.

I have Win10

Please help

Aleksandra

The problem with the "doubled baseline" is from having the Text Frame use a Baseline Grid as well as the document.

The Lines of text not lining up with the text on the following page are due to the leading of the text (most likely from the Paragraph Style) being slightly larger than the Baseline grid so they are skipping lines. When you have a Space After the Paragraph (again in the Paragraph Style) then another baseline will most likely be skipped.

Mac Pro (Late 2013) Mac OS 12.7.6
Affinity Designer 2.5.5 | Affinity Photo 2.5.5 | Affinity Publisher 2.5.5 | Beta versions as they appear.

I have never mastered color management, period, so I cannot help with that.
