Japanese keyboard(and IME) bug

It seems that this problem still exists in 1.10.
Without enabling the Romaji input in Japanese IME, it will be impossible to input Japanese in Affinity after press the "英数" key.

I would like to know if Affinity apps support keyboard language switching for Japanese keyboards.
On macOS I have noticed that when I push Kana key the input language doesn't switch from English to Japanese.
I have to use the input language switch menu every time I need to switch input languages. This is very cumbersome and affects productivity.

If this is a setting that I can flip on my side, kindly let me know how to do this. If not, how can I formally request this as a feature?

This still hasn't been fix in V2!

Please refer to this topic if it's hard to test it on a physical JIS keyboard.
I gave you an easy solution.
