T-shirt printer Posted December 19, 2021 Posted December 19, 2021 Hi Guys, been using Affinity for a couple of years now and love it, but just lately been having issues with designer and a new macbook pro M1. My first issue seems to be exporting a file - I've just finished making a thumb nail image for youtube and what to export it as jpeg to my desktop, it allows me to choose size of file and file type, but when I click export, just seems to do nothing and sadly I can't find the file anywhere on the my machine. The second issue, now is seems I can't open a file, I have to copy and paste an image into designer. It wont also let me place and image within a open art board. Can anyone please help? I'm using 1.10.4 Many Thanks, Mark
v_kyr Posted December 19, 2021 Posted December 19, 2021 I assume you are using MacOS Monterey then. - Sounds strange, I would check for possible Affinity security settings under Monterey, if it has permissions to read/write files and access rights to certain folders! ☛ Affinity Designer 1.10.8 ◆ Affinity Photo 1.10.8 ◆ Affinity Publisher 1.10.8 ◆ OSX El Capitan ☛ Affinity V2.3 apps ◆ MacOS Sonoma 14.2 ◆ iPad OS 17.2
