heckys_eyes
Hello, I am having a constant issue for about a month now, that every time I want to export a pic in jpeg or pdf, the pictures always download with white strokes in random spots all over the pictures. I am not sure if its because I recently switched to Windows 11. Also the application keep freezing. I use Windows computer.
Joachim_L
Welcome to the Affinity forums @heckys_eyes! Disable hardware acceleration in Preferences > Performance and try again. heckys_eyes 1 Quote ------ Windows 10 | i5-8500 CPU | Intel UHD 630 Graphics | 32 GB RAM | Latest Retail and Beta versions of complete Affinity range installed
NeilK
Having the same problem. Multiple artefacts, in the form of white boxes, occasionally black lines appear randomly on export. EVENTUALLY one export will work, but I should not need to worry if I missed an artefact before printing. HW acceleration disabled, no difference. Windows 10, I7, 16GB RAM. System crashes at least every 15 minutes. heckys_eyes

theinverseblue
I had the same random stripes on exporting jpg and tiff on a Windows 11 i712700 machine without dedicated graphic card. Disabling the hardware acceleration solved this. Thank you @Joachim_L
NeilK
Yep -disabling graphic card works. (and fixes one or two other artefacts)
