luuux
I can't open this booklet (90 pages). It seems the document is corrupted. I guess the problem is caused by network abnormality when saving to NAS I uploaded the file here , hope someone can help me solve this problem. It's very important to me😩 thank you very much 1829836474_X-Bookletv1.0-1208.afpub
Arte
Unfortunately I get a corrupted file message too when trying to open your file with AfPub or Designer. Hopefully Serif support can open the file for you. Were you saving directly to your NAS? Unless you have a dedicated client-server envorinment that allows for saving directly to a network location it is usually better to save locally first and then sync to the NAS to avoid this to happen. I've seen this issue come up on other forums as well and unless the software can handle saving to a network location well the advice is always to save locally and then copy to NAS. Saving to NAS may work well most of the time but it takes one glitch to cause (a lot of) trouble. Not of much help now but it may help to avoid this happening in the future. Alfred
Please don’t create multiple threads for the same issue. It’s much easier for Serif staff and other users to provide support if the discussion is confined to a single thread.  stokerg 1 Quote Alfred Affinity Designer/Photo/Publisher 2 for Windows • Windows 10 Home/Pro Affinity Designer/Photo/Publisher 2 for iPad • iPadOS 16.7.2 (iPad 7th gen)
Staff stokerg Posted December 14, 2021 Staff Share Posted December 14, 2021 Hi @luuux, I can't recover the file. I can log it with the Dev team to see if they can recover it, but this isn't a quick process and will take some time before i hear back. So it would be best to work from a backup copy for now. As has been pointed out by other users, please don't create multiple posts on the same issue, it just makes it harder to support and can mean you have 3 Tech Support agents all working on the same ticket but for a different titled thread, without knowing.
