It opens fine in Designer on the desktop, Josie. (I can't try my iPad right now.)

What happens when you download it to your iPad and try to open it there?

For a better match to the shape in the photo, shrink the hearts so they don’t overlap so much. And maybe reduce the ‘Spread’ value (default 20%) to 10% or 15%.

I like the colour you’ve chosen, but you could easily make it darker if desired.

LOL, no, that’s not quite what I had in mind! When I said “so they don’t overlap so much” I just meant they should overlap less. I didn’t mean to suggest that they shouldn’t overlap at all.

What does omit one of the leaves mean to do the design I want?

It means that instead of a four-leaf clover, you now got a three-leaf clover. If that is what you want to achieve, keep it. The design is fine.

How do I get the design to look exactly like the one in the photo?

Using this shamrock? I’ve did it the two ways and just didn’t look right to me.
