Payment was rejected during ordering process, but money was taken from my credit card.

Good day!

Payment was rejected during ordering process, but money was taken from my credit card. I was trying to buy Affinity Photo and after checking out process I recieve an error: "Payment was rejected", but money was taken from my bank account while checking out process wasn't complete.

 How to deal with this problem? I can send to you transaction screenshots or any other proof of transaction.
