Twomen
Hi, it is possible to somehow backup and restore my Affinity Settings, Workspace, Shortcuts, etc? I could use it in the migration to a new beta. Thanks Robert Petras and HaroldRurry
JFisher
Hi Twomen,It is possible for you to create back ups of Styles, Brushes and keyboard shortcuts in the latest beta. Being able to create backups of the workspace has been requested before so this could well be something we see added in the future. :)J

JFisher
Hi evtonic, You can back up the keyboard shortcuts by going into Affinity Designer>Preferences>Keyboard Shortcuts, here you will see a 'Save' option, just click that and then use the 'Load' option when you want to import them back in. As for Brushes, when you have the brushes tab selected you should see an icon with 4 lines to the right, that will allow you to import/export brushesAnd Styles, it might be worth taking a look at this thread :)J Guyon and Leigh
voom
Is there a way to export all brushes in one take, all assets in one take etc.? It seems I have to export every single category to seperate files. I think a way to backup and restore all individual aspects including workspace etc. is very much needed, esp. because there is a lot of switching between beta and release versions right now. HeiligerBimBam
Would be really great to have an settings export / import feature baked in. On Windows it should work to backup the appdata folder(s): C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Affinity. But i've not yet tried to restore the settings. Zac44
Yeah this feature really needs to be developed so it's easy to backup all of your settings, brushes, palettes, assets etc. Ideally a File -> Export settings feature, that gives you checkboxes for all user-configurable settings.
