I'm contacting because 2 days ago I have just purchased Affinity Photo and I wanted to start using it and when I went do download it says I have to contact the administrator for permission. So, I have thought that something is wrong with my PC/account so, contacted to Microsoft and they went through my PC, when they said that I have to contact you because you can grant me permission to download the software. Which is weird. 2 weeks ago I purchased designer from you and had no problem. Would you look into it for me please to see if it's really your end? Really Appreciate it. Quote
