A few days ago, I bought a Graphic Design Software product. By the way, I can't install it?

"Your trial has expired"

The same phenomenon occurs even if I uninstall and install again. Help me out.

Welcome to the Serif Affinity forums.

Where did you buy the software?

From that message, you have downloaded the software from the Affinity Store (https://affinity.store) but did not purchase it there. Or, if you purchased it there, you have not entered the Product Key and email needed to validate the software, so it has been running in Trial mode. The Trial runs for only 10 days, from the first time you start the application.

I think I purchased my design program here.

Here, I copied the production key and downloaded the  install program.
On the first screen after installing, a window for entering the production key email address does not appear.

So, I can't input the key, and an error message appears. The trial is over.

Interesting. That does look like you purchased the program from the Serif Affinity Store.

Perhaps you should uninstall the application, then try rerunning the installer again.

Thank you for your prompt response.

However, I've already done un-installing and re-installing more than five times, and the results were the same.
I downloaded it several times, but it was the same result.
