Cannot not download Affinity Photo

I just purchased a copy of Affinity Photo but I cannot download the program. I get this msg. What do I need to do to download my copy.

You got it downloaded, because the message you showed us happens after download and after install. Your problem occurs when you try to run the program foer the first time and validate the installation by provdiding the product key.

To fix that problem, try right-clicking on the program icon and choosing Run as Administrator. You should only need to do that once.

Hello Walt,

Did what you said - still gives me the same msg. So, I opened a trial copy and select "got key to unlock" and that did not work as well. Now, I'm stuck with the trial even after I delete and reload. How do I get my original copy to download and not the trial? Any info is welcomed.
