Your problem occurs when you try to run the program foer the first time and validate the installation by provdiding the product key. To fix that problem, try right-clicking on the program icon and choosing Run as Administrator. You should only need to do that once. So, I opened a trial copy and select "got key to unlock" and that did not work as well. Now, I'm stuck with the trial even after I delete and reload. How do I get my original copy to download and not the trial? Any info is welcomed. Thank you for your support. Quote
