How are you adding page numbers? If you are doing that on Master pages are you applying the appropriate master page to each added page? OK, but we still need to know how the page numbers are being added, so it would help a lot if you could post a sample afpub file from this other person so we can see why this is happening. Can't be, must be a dash or hyphen instead of a space. Affinity-Inspiration Posted November 27, 2021 Author Posted November 27, 2021 But that’s the point. The number isn’t being added. Just the word Page. Quote iPad Mini 6. 256GB. Which is why it would help if we has a sample document demonstrating the issue. Otherwise, it is all guesswork. GarryP Posted November 28, 2021 Posted November 28, 2021 With Publisher version 1.10.4.1198 on Windows 10 Home I tried adding new pages in various ways: Right-click a page in the Pages Panel and choose Add Pages; Using the “Add Pages” button at the top of the Pages Panel; Choosing “Add Pages” from the Document menu. …and they all work just fine – the page numbers are shown under each new page in the Pages Panel. I tried this with both Facing and non-Facing pages. As has been mentioned by people earlier, a full-screen screenshot showing the Pages Panel and the problem with it will probably help. Also, please give us the exact workflow that is being used to create new pages so we can try and replicate it better. Quote
