Hello, i am using your software Affinity Designer and Photo for more than year now.I bought it on the Mac App Store i just run in to issue that i was not able to export. So i tried to delete and reinstal deisgner again. The problem was, when i tried to download the app from the mac app store again. What i saw was a pricing on my already bought product at the appstore so i contacted an apple support. After one hour they told me this:
Thank you so much for waiting Tomas. I completed reviewing everything on our end. And here's what I found. It looks like the app you purchased was too old already and there's no way to regrant it anymore. This would explain why it has been updated with new price


So they adviced me to contact you as a vendor, because my purchase from appstore is gone, but i have i my Affinity acount registered mac, but still cant get to the app.

If you sign into your Apple Store account with the same email address you used to place the order you will be able to download again from there. 
 
If you are not seeing the product in your history can I suggest contacting Apple for assistance.
