Bigc Posted November 25, 2021 Posted November 25, 2021 The canvas size of my drawing is 400px*150px and its 300 DPI. Lines are smooth when i zoomed in close, but its very pixelated when zoomed out and exporting to png. Is my canvas setup correct? and how can i fix it? Thank you Quote

At 300 dpi that is 1 1/3 inch by 1/2 inch or 3 cm x 1.25 cm. I am going to assume that you are using Designer as you used the term drawing. Go to View > View Mode > and choose one of the Pixel choices, now set the zoom to 100 % look at your work. Quote Mac Pro (Late 2013) Mac OS 12.7.6 Affinity Designer 2.5.7 | Affinity Photo 2.5.7 | Affinity Publisher 2.5.7 | Beta versions as they appear. I have never mastered color management, period, so I cannot help with that.

It looks more pixelated, and the quality of the output still the same (pixelated). The view mode setting was vector, will that affect my output? Thank you Quote

No. The reason I said to use the Pixel view mode is that we are talking about something the size of a postage stamp. You are saying the work looks pixelated. It is going to be Pixelated. It is a tiny little thing. Quote Mac Pro (Late 2013) Mac OS 12.7.6 Affinity Designer 2.5.7 | Affinity Photo 2.5.7 | Affinity Publisher 2.5.7 | Beta versions as they appear. Frist i tried 148mm*210mm, shopify resized the imaged and it looks pixelated so i made it smaller. Edited November 25, 2021 by cheffee Quote
