dvst Posted November 22, 2021 Posted November 22, 2021 (edited) Hello, I have Affinity Photo, Designer, and Publisher installed on my PC. I have used the 'my account' window in Photo to download all my available add-on content. However, the same content is shown as not-installed/ready to download in both Designer & Publisher. Is this as-intended or is something wrong? Once I registered Designer & Publisher their relevant content showed up in the Photo downloader, so I assumed it would sync across all apps. I also don't want to waste drive space by downloading everything three times. Thank you to whomever may help me with this issue. Edited November 22, 2021 by dvst typo Quote
Komatös Posted November 22, 2021 Posted November 22, 2021 Hello @dvst and welcome to the forums. Unfortunately, you have to download all additional content for each programme separately. As of today, there is no pool. dvst 1 Quote MAC mini M4 | MacOS Sequoia 15.2 | 16 GB RAM | 256 GB SSD AMD Ryzen 7 5700X | INTEL Arc A770 LE 16 GB | 32 GB DDR4 3200MHz | Windows 11 Pro 24H2 (26100.2605) Affinity Suite V 2.5.7 & Beta 2.6 (latest) Interested in a free (selfhosted) PDF Solution? FWIW, this also applies to the betas if you use them in addition to the retail versions. dvst 1 Quote All 3 1.10.8, & all 3 V2.5.7 Mac apps; 2020 iMac 27"; 3.8GHz i7, Radeon Pro 5700, 32GB RAM; macOS 10.15.7 All 3 V2 apps for iPad; 6th Generation iPad 32 GB; Apple Pencil; iPadOS 15.7
