You purchased the retail version from the Affinity Store, and received your Product Key. You start the application, and click on the button to add the Product Key. The Product Key and email are not accepted. If so, first make sure there are no typos in either the email or the key. Both must be exact, and the email must be the one you used for the purchase. You can check them in your account at the Affinity Store, at https://affinity.store/account/downloads and make sure they're correct. You might also try uninstalling the Trial version, and downloading the program from your account at the Affinity Store, but that should not be necessary.
