Last week I was using the Paragraph Panel to adjust the leading in my project. This week I'm wondering how to get to it. Of course, there's a control for leading in the drop down menu of Text for increasing and decreasing the leading, but I'm wanting to get to "full of options" controls that are in the panel. Is it missing as a result of the update in the app that I did before shutting down for a few days?

I hate updates!

Welcome to the Serif Affinity forums.

It should be available in the primary Persona of any of the Affinity applications. And if you're in that Persona and you don't see it, View > Studio > Paragraph from the menu  should restore it if you've turned it off.

If that doesn't help, please give us a screenshot of the complete application window.

Well, by default it would be part of the Right Studio, and that seems to be completely missing, so make sure you have enabled View > Studio > Show Right Studio.

View > Studio > Reset Studio

Mac Pro (Late 2013) Mac OS 12.7.6
Affinity Designer 2.5.7 | Affinity Photo 2.5.7 | Affinity Publisher 2.5.7 | Beta versions as they appear.

I have never mastered color management, period, so I cannot help with that.

OK, back we go to View>Studio. When, where, how "Paragraph" was unchecked, I have no idea ... it was checked previously. It's been 14 years since I worked in a layout program (Aldus PageMaker), and I'm being overwhelmed by all of Affinity's bells and whistles. (We were about to change to InDesign when I was laid off.) Perhaps there needs to be a "light" version of Publisher. I haven't kept up with such things, but I seem to recall the PhotoShop Elements that was included years ago with a scanner that I bought was "elemental." Now it appears as complicated as what I thought was the "big brother" of the two.

Shouldn't that be Window>Studio>...?

The path Walt provided in his post originally in 2021 was for the Affinity V1 apps - which used the View > Studio menu for all Studio options.

However for Affinity V2, the Studio options were moved under the Window menu in order to tidy the increasingly growing View menu -

Therefore this information is still correct for V1, but as you've shown V2 does use a different menu path - I hope this clears things up :)
