I am noticing some serious problems with the UI rendering for Designer 1.10.4. When I mouse-over many of the elements I get these odd artifacts in the UI appearance (see screenshot below). This is running on Windows 10 with a 4K display. I've tried adjusting the system level interface scaling settings, but it doesn't seem to fix the problem.

Any ideas?

Hi JenRight,

Please see the ASUS Sonic / ASUS GPU Tweak III / MSI Nahimic  heading from the below page. @Pšenda's suggestion should also solve this issue.

Thanks

I've (now) tried:

  • Renderer changed between NVIDIA (RTX 3080 Laptop) , Intel (Integrated) and WARP
  • OpenCL on and off
  • Retina Rendering between Automatic and Best

I can't say I've tried every permutation, but none of the changes seem to have any effect.

Have you restarted the app each time you tried one of the above methods? Specifically Open Cl.

Yes,restarted  AD each time.

But thanks to your suggestions, it looks like Nahimic was the issue. Stopping that service seems to have cleared up the problem.

Thanks for your help.
