Mods are a bit slow responding at the moment 🙂. The easiest way is to tap on each ips file (opens the file), then tap Sharesheet and Save to Files. The saved files can be attached to your post. If memory serves, the files names will start with Affinity Photo or Photo (I’m not sure as I don’t have any to check at the moment), Quote M1 IPad Air 10.9/256GB lpadOS 17.1.1 Apple Pencil (2nd gen).
