Just a comment on protocol: In other threads, Serif have pointed out that no one should be using the 1.10.2 (or .3) beta because the 1.10.4 retail release is newer and has superceded them. 

For one example:

For another (though it mentions 1.10.3 beta rather than 1.10.2):

 

Until a 1.10.5 or later beta is released for an application, as I understand things, they don't expect anyone to be using a beta or posting in the beta section of the forums. They would prefer we use the retail versions and post bug reports in the normal Bugs forums.

There are announcement topics in the News and Information section for both the betas and official releases. You can Follow those topics, and request that you get an email when they're updated. Then you'll always know (assuming the email gets through :) ).
