Separate reference image

Recommended Posts

Hi, I am currently working through some online training and one of the lessons is to copy a reference image using a grid. The demonstration uses photoshop and has the reference image as a popped out window. Is there a way to do this with AP on the iPad? Or easily achieve something similar.

thanks

In Affinity you can use Place image command to insert a second image that you can then position and size to use as a reference image on the same page..

Thanks. I have tried this but was looking for something a little more dynamic where I could have separate girds applied to the main image being worked on and the reference image, almost like a separate window. I don't think I can so will work around it with place image, but wanted to make sure I wasnt missing something obvious.
