Publisher no longer has permissions to save in any location after update 1.10.4

Recommended Posts

After the update I am no longer able to save any kind of document to any location.

Once I have clicked "Save" the program takes about a minute to process and then shows this error message (screenshot below).

I have ensured disk access and used software to repair permissions to no avail. My un-updated Designer and Photo softwares are working fine.

I am working with macOS Big Sur 11.5.2.

Not sure if you have done this. Make sure you go to MacOS Prefs>Security & Privacy>Privacy>Full Disk Access, then be sure to add the app. May have to click the lock at lower left to be able to add an app.

If the app is already there, then may take something else, but this is a possible reason.
