Hey there,

Maybe I'm missing something-- is there a way in Designer to type in a scale amount?  I'm thinking like the Transform options in Inkscape or Photoshop, where you can choose a size or a percentage.

I worked around it by multiplying the size of the objects in my artboard by a multiplier on both width and height but that seems an odd workaround to need.

Thanks,

~ kiki

Welcome to the Serif Affinity Forums, @kikiwunder. :)

You can type expressions such as 120% or *=1.20 in the Width and Height controls in the Transform panel. If you click on the chain link between the W and H boxes you can type a new value (or an expression) in one box and the other value will automatically be adjusted to maintain the aspect ratio.

But there's no dialog for doing uniform scaling or scaling from one of the nine points, like in Photoshop?

I am not sure this is what you mean, but if you select one of the 9 anchors in the Transform panel, enable the W & H chain link, & then set the W or H value using either an expression, entering an absolute value, or by dragging the mouse pointer left or right on the W: or H: text field name, doesn't that do uniform scaling from the chosen anchor?

In this situation the dialog is the transform panel.

I have never mastered color management, period, so I cannot help with that.
