Staff Dan C Posted October 28, 2021 Staff Share Posted October 28, 2021 Our devs have previously confirmed this was due to an Apple security update, which seems to have unfortunately been 'carried through' to the latest macOS versions. Apple changed the way their YARA malware scanning works and this causes issues with the Affinity app - we logged these issues directly with Apple support once the macOS security update was released, however unfortunately we're yet to receive any further word regarding this bug report. We hope that Apple can provide a fix, or suggestions for how our devs can avoid this issue going forward. My apologies for any inconveniences caused in the meantime! Quote Please note - I am currently out of the office for a short while whilst recovering from surgery (nothing serious!), therefore will not be available on the Forums during this time. Should you require a response from the team in a thread I have previously replied in - please Create a New Thread and our team will be sure to reply as soon as possible. Many thanks!
