Did you buy the app from the Affinity Store or the Microsoft Store? You won't have a product key if you bought from Microsoft.

The OP wouldn’t have an EXE (executable) file with a purchase from the Microsoft Store, which works rather like the Mac App Store: you log in to the store and install the product from there.

Hi @Waky,

Welcome to the Affinity Forums :)

I can confirm the .EXE showing under your Affinity account is for a trial of Affinity Publisher, which is why you're not seeing a product key here.

As mentioned above, it's very likely you purchased the app from the Microsoft Store, so you will need to login to your Microsoft Account and re-download the app from there.

Provided that the 'business PC' is personally owned or controlled by yourself, then you're able to install the Affinity app on this device with the license you have already purchased.

To do this however, you will need to sign into the Windows Store using the account information that was used to originally purchase the application - unfortunately we cannot provide you with a product key from the Affinity Store for a Windows Store app purchase.
