Auto Tone/Auto Contrast/Auto Color?

Recommended Posts

Hi everyone,

I'm new to Affinity Photo, being a refugee from Photoshop after 22 years (not a fan of their subscription model).

In PS there is a feature where I can click a drop-down to choose either Auto Tone or Auto Contrast or Auto Color.  In some cases these can be good starting points to further adjust photos.

Does Affinity Photo have something similar?  If not, what does AP have that I can accomplish the same thing or close to it?

Thanks in advance!

Thank you.  And yes, I did try that but couldn't see any difference, even a very subtle difference.  The photos I tried can't be so perfect that no adjustment is necessary, lol.  I'll look through the manual and see if I'm missing something  (other than a few brain cells).

If you place an image in a document and have Assistant Manager turned off, or the wrong settings in the Assistant Manager you will see no change

A short video of your workflow may help us understand why it is not working for you (make sure the Layers panel is visible in the video)
