andym
Hi would it be possible to have a split view so that you can zoom in on part of the image and see the effect on the whole image, or (eg if you're working on an icon), see the effect on the image at the eventual final size? Thanks. apologies if there's already a way to do this and I haven't worked it out.
Staff Andy Somerfield Posted October 4, 2014 Staff Share Posted October 4, 2014 You can do this using multiple views, in separated mode.. Go to separated mode (Window -> Separated Mode). Make a new View (View -> New View). Thanks, AndyS
Raskolnikov
Great, very powerful toll :) but it's possible to rename the views when they are created or to enter a name when creating them? By the way, as said I don't know where in the forum... the "outline" mode view creates a bit of rubbish when moving the elemnts.
andym
Thanks Andy. I didn't spot the 'new view' menu option (which would also give the option of having the different magnifications in different tabs). Raskolnikov
