Dust & Scratch Filter

You are not the only one. A recent hard drive failure has finally pushed me into abandoning Photoshop for APhoto. I'm cleaning up a scan, and wondering where's the dust and scratch filter. It's a nighttime flash shot, and there are a hundred little white speckles in the otherwise featureless black background. Am I supposed to hit every one of those specks with the healing brush or the clone tool. It's a major omission.
