jAffinitySerif
Randomly when I deselect layers in Affinity Photo, pink/purple/magenta lines suddenly flash bright and then slowly fade away. I don’t know what this is supposed to communicate. It distracts my thinking. I would like to disable it. It’s been variously suggested in other threads that it’s a feature I should be able to disable, but that has not proven fully true yet. I will attach a video of a simplified document. It is difficult to reproduce, I don’t know what the pattern is. It appears to be really quite random. It seems to happen in all my documents. macOS 11.6 Affinity Photo 1.10.1 bug.mov
Staff MEB Posted October 11, 2021 Staff Share Posted October 11, 2021 Hi @jofearth, Welcome to Affinity Forums To disable the purple lines permanently (including the brief flashing) change the Candidates dropdown list to anything other than Candidates List.
