Staff Sean P Posted October 11, 2021 Staff Share Posted October 11, 2021 Hi Mr. Jun, This is an issue we're aware of that is with development to be fixed. From what I understand you should be able to tick 'Romaji' inside your Keyboard > Input Sources setting. There are a few additional work arounds listed in the thread below that may help you:
Mr. Jun
Thanks! I already know this solution. But Japanese UI is different from your's. It's UI of English version as English keyboard settings. Japanese keyboard don't have Romaji checkbox. Also, according to other people's information, if I use Google IME, I can change the language. However, if I use Apple IME, I can not change it.
Mr. Jun
Try to have a Japanese keyboard and set the language setting of your Mac to Japanese. Also, it's happening on a Mac M1, don't know about the Intel version. Is the repository OpenSource? If it's easy to fix, I may be able to send you a pull request.
