Exporting svg files that maintain Pantone colours

I don't think Affinity supports spot colours within EPS files.

For SVG, I don't think that supports spot colours at all. It won't even be CMYK, it's fixed to sRGB.

Could you use a PDF instead? Spot colours are supported for that format.

I would not count on that, as PDF is the far better option in comparison to EPS.
