Failed to open IDML document

Recommended Posts

IDML files are ZIP files, so you can open them and take a look.
The Spread_42531.xml file shows links to a number of images.
Such as:

<Image Self="image_84232" ImageTypeName="$ID/JPEG" Visible="true" Name="$ID/IMG_0915_Operations_Supervisor_Lupe_Favela_84232.JPG">
<Link Self="ucc" LinkResourceURI="file://~/Downloads/Images_for_Hollow_Tree_Times_8487_Nov_21_MzZ4/IMG_0915_Operations_Supervisor_Lupe_Favela_84232.JPG"/>
</Image>

And there are several more similar links.

So my guess is the message is related to those missing images.

There must be more than this. Re-saving (attached) in ID as IDML opens the file with the warning of missing images. It could be interesting for the developers comparing both IDML?
