Press the key combination Windows + R and enter C:\Users\X\AppData\Local in the new window. For the X, enter your user name. Then press Enter. 2. Now search for the folder Packages and right-click on it. Select the entry Properties from the list. 3. In the Security tab, click on the Advanced button. 4. Now select the user account that does not have full access to the folder and click on the Edit button. 5. Now tick Full access and click on OK.
