walt.farrell
They are .aftemplate files, and I would have expected them to be available from the Photo home page by pressing + and choosing New from Template. But I don't find them. walt.farrell
I confirmed that on the desktop those template files are available in the File > New dialog when you select Templates and then look in the section for Affinity Store. However, I have not been able to figure out where Photo has stored them. I suspect that on iPad, there is a bug, and that rather than presenting the user with the list of template categories that includes those automatically downloaded ones, the app is just opening a standard file chooser dialog where the My Account templates are not available because they've been stored somewhere that we don't have access to. In any case, you can download them yourself to an accessible location by visiting https://affinity.store/account/downloads where you should find them available. Other "My Account" content (brushes, assets, etc.) would be automatically installed in the proper studio within the app, but they're also available in the Store if you need them. Staff DWright Posted October 5, 2021 Staff Share Posted October 5, 2021 Hi @VectorCat, I have raised the issue of downloading the templates from the store link with our QA team to investigate further. As @walt.farrellsaid you can manually download the templates from your account and use he New From Template option to open the document. walt.farrell
