Abdullah2605 Posted October 4, 2021 Share Posted October 4, 2021 I opened a saved file on a trial version, but all the text was none existent and I've tried entering new text but it doesn't work, I've restarted the application multiple times and the text still doesn't appear. Old Bruce Posted October 4, 2021 Share Posted October 4, 2021 Hi and welcome to the forums @Abdullah2605, Which application? Designer, Photo or Publisher? They all deal with text similarly but it helps to know which application is being used. One thing could be that you have no Text frame with a text caret in it. Choose from the tools there is an A and a T in a box. Click on the new document or the old document and drag out a size or text frame. Check see if the colours are set to black for the text.
