Staff Dan C Posted October 5, 2021 Staff Share Posted October 5, 2021 Hi @jean denis, Sorry to hear you're having trouble! I can confirm that according to our RAW support list, support for this camera has been recently added ("EOS R5 (new)") - so there may be an unknown bug with this format: Could you please supply a copy of the RAW file here for me? What leads you to believe the WB slider should be at 5600k? This may be confusion of how the WB slider in Affinity works, I have covered this previously here - On 8/6/2021 at 3:44 PM, Dan C said: The Slider/K value in Affinity is not to indicate the colour temperature being added, you are setting the value that the image was taken under, to 'balance' out the white tones. Staff Dan C Posted October 5, 2021 Staff Share Posted October 5, 2021 Thanks for the file and for the above link Carl! I can confirm this certainly appears to be the same issue reported in the above thread, so I'll get this bumped with our developers now, using your file as an example. I hope this helps Quote Please note - I am currently out of the office for a short while whilst recovering from surgery (nothing serious!), therefore will not be available on the Forums during this time.
