Thank you I have tried that and nothing is working, I am blonde though!! 😂  I did manage to get it working for one document but it then disappeared again for added pages.

I though I selected sync something, I wish I paid more attention now.  Any advice is greatly appreciated!

Your latest screenshot still shows the Move Tool selected. Please select the Frame Text Tool, the one with the T two icons lower in the Tools list, and give us another screenshot.

Hi I told you I was daft I sent the wrong screen shot, here is the new one. 

I hope I am understanding you correctly I have selected the icon with a T and bought up a text box, however there is still no option for font style or size.  

Please see new screen shot.

It's odd, though, that the Context Toolbar was showing in the first screenshots (with the Move Tool), then not showing in the screenshot with the Frame Text Tool. Somewhere in there you must have turned it off, which may be worth investigating, too :)
