GarryP
Welcome to the forums @Mchelle Try using menu “View → Show Context Toolbar”. If that doesn’t do what you want, can you give us a full-screen screen-shot and annotate it pointing to where you expect the “text bar” to be? Mchelle
Thank you, this is what I have the tool bar is usually on the left hand side above the 'find' dropdown bar.
G13RL
@Mchelle, you have "Move Tool" selected. Select "Frame Text Tool", "Artistic Text Tool" or "Table Tool" to bring up the contextual bar.
Mchelle
Thank you I have tried that and nothing is working, I am blonde though!! 😂 I did manage to get it working for one document but it then disappeared again for added pages. I though I selected sync something, I wish I paid more attention now. Any advice is greatly appreciated! Thank you for your help so far. Please select the Frame Text Tool, the one with the T two icons lower in the Tools list, and give us another screenshot. walt.farrell
It's odd, though, that the Context Toolbar was showing in the first screenshots (with the Move Tool), then not showing in the screenshot with the Frame Text Tool. Somewhere in there you must have turned it off, which may be worth investigating, too Quote -- Walt Designer, Photo, and Publisher V1 and V2 at latest retail and beta releases PC: Desktop: Windows 11 Pro, version 23H2, 64GB memory, AMD Ryzen 9 5900 12-Core @ 3.00 GHz, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3090 Laptop: Windows 11 Pro, version 23H2, 32GB memory, Intel Core i7-10750H @ 2.60GHz, Intel UHD Graphics Comet Lake GT2 and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 Laptop GPU. iPad: iPad Pro M1, 12.9": iPadOS 17.3, Apple Pencil 2, Magic Keyboard Mac: 2023 M2 MacBook Air 15", 16GB memory, macOS Sonoma 14.3.
