New PC - Affinity asks for product key.

So, 1-2 years ago I won Affinity Designer key from a giveaway on discord. I activated the code on with my email, everything seemed to work, had no issues at all, great product. A week ago I fully factory reset my PC. I download affinity designer trial and only thing I can do is enter my trial or enter the product key witch I don't have and It is already activated years ago. How can I log in into affinity designer with my account that has affinity activated??

I suspect that the giveaway code was only for a one-time activation; and could only be activated for a certain period of time.

This is the case with all giveaway codes I know.

If you want to continue using the designer, the only option is to buy a full licence.

It was said that the code is worth 50bucks, sadly the chats are somewhere deep in the discord and I don't know the persons name.

I see the problem, you have had the code activated but not registered with the account at the serif store. If you haven't the code anymore, your'e not be able to activate again.
