This is an old problem that has resurfaced again to train wreck a time sensitive project.

Can't communicate enough how frustrating it is to beta test software when there is time sensitive work to be done. This is all the more galling as this is second time round on this issue. Deja Vu.

To re-create the issue: export file PDF- ok. Export the same file with hyperlinks ticked - not ok.

Welcome to the Serif Affinity forums.

I'm not sure if you're saying you are using the beta software or not. If you are, you've posted this in the wrong part of the forums. It should be in the appropriate sub-forum of https://forum.affinity.serif.com/index.php?/forum/62-affinity-publisher-beta-forums/

If not, perhaps you should try the beta version, as it has some fixes in this area. Installing it is simple, and if it solves your problem that should be less frustrating than having the bug.

If you enable PDFLib Logging it may help you find malformed URLs in your file that are probably causing the problem:

You've had some great advice from Walt and adding further to that, if you try this in the latest beta, the file will export fine.

I have noticed an issue with one of your Hyperlinks, the 'Click here' one isn't a valid URL, it currently contains 'Hey, check what I did using the Navionics Boating app! #Navionics #BoatingApp' and then the URL, so even when you get this exported to PDF from the beta, the link won't work, as the URL has been prefixed with the above.  If you edit the Hyperlink so it only contains a URL, it will work fine.
