Azak Posted September 20, 2021 Posted September 20, 2021 Hi, I am bit of a newbie and have reviewed some youtubes and has searched but have not found a suitable answer, hence my question here Affinity photo v1.10.1 on Mac OS catalina. My steps: - Document --> untick Transparent Background - Document --> Canvas Resize Added 10mm to current size so that it will add border to image/document - Center the canvas resize - Canvas resizes, but the color is somewhat grey/brown of the canvas - I was expecting white canvas color so that it becomes a white border to document. - What am i doing wrong?? Thx in advance Quote
Staff Callum Posted September 20, 2021 Staff Posted September 20, 2021 Hi Azak, Welcome to the forums This should be working fine if possible could you provide a screen recording or screenshot demonstrating the grey/brown colour you are seeing? Thanks C Quote Please tag me using @ in your reply so I can be sure to respond ASAP.
Old Bruce Posted September 20, 2021 Posted September 20, 2021 3 hours ago, Azak said: - Canvas resizes, but the color is somewhat grey/brown of the canvas Do you have any layers in the document that are "somewhat grey/brown"? It could be that you have a fill layer or placed file which extends beyond the old and new size of the canvas. Quote Mac Pro (Late 2013) Mac OS 12.7.6 Affinity Designer 2.6.0 | Affinity Photo 2.6.0 | Affinity Publisher 2.6.0 | Beta versions as they appear. I have never mastered color management, period, so I cannot help with that.
