Precision Resizing and Image Contrast Tools for Menu?

In Affinity Designer, I cannot find where I can type in the exact size in either per cent, in, mm, pixels I want after selecting an object or group.

I also cannot find a drop-down or tool set for adjusting brightness and contrast. I would have assumed it is with colour, saturation, transparency, but if it is, then I have failed to see it.

In the "Help" all it says is "You can also adjust the tonal range of images using the Levels and Curves adjustments."

Nothing more or a link to that tool set in the application.

You would use the Move Tool, which will activate the Transform studio panel to allow specification of exact positions, sizes, rotations, and shearing.

You would use Adjustment Layers for that kind of modification. You can access them in several methods:

1. Layer > New Adjustment Layer from the menu.
2. The Adjustments studio panel.
3. The Adjustment icon at the bottom of the Layers studio panel.
