The Nik Collection, Topaz and FilterForge are visible at the Plugin Menu but do not open. If I use them as a single Program the start quickly. At the past all woked well, what can I do? Is it a bug ? I bought a new iMac a few days ago......

When you say they don't open, do you mean they are not greyed out but when you select one of them nothing happens, or that they are greyed out & can't be selected?

If they are greyed out, make sure you have a pixel layer selected.

Hi @Hagen,
Welcome to Affinity Forums :)
Besides having a pixel layer selected make sure the colour format of your document is RGB/8 or RGB/16 bit (menu Document > Convert Format / ICC Profile, set the color format dropdown to RGB/8 or 16). Most plugins do not works with RGB/32 bit (HDR) documents and will appear greyed out in the menus.
If this doesn't fix the issue please take a screenshot of Affinity Photo Preferences, Photoshop Plugins section please. Thank you.
