Here are some useful textures I created and collated for use in Publisher for that authentic old-fashioned lined paper look and old parchment A4 textures. They are in a ZIP format and contain both PNG and JPEG versions. They were edited and created in Photoplus and PhotoZoom. Free to use.

Just out of interest, where did you “collate” them from?
How can other users know that they can use them without any possible legal trouble in the future?

Sorry, that link was broken. I created them in Serif Photoplus and Photozoom. A little bit of editing in Corel Paintshop Pro X4.

@Archangel Thank you for these. Is there any way you would be able to share what you did to make these? If you even remember. Specifically the grungy parchment. I want to recreate them myself. I need a bigger paper size, and I would like to be able to add randomness to the texture so different products don't look like they're on the same paper when placed next to each other.

I've looked on line at tutorials for creating this look, and I haven't found anything that produces results as nice as these. The shades and colors are all off, and it doesn't have as natural looking of a texture as yours do.

@NMS I'm pleased you like these. Many of them were collated and created over 20 years ago. Created on a lot of tools that have long disappeared into the night. One was scanned into the computer and resized using PhotoZoom Pro 7 to enlarge it for use in publications at a higher resolution. So more than that I cannot say.

Some filters may be available to add functionality to Affinity Photo which can add those textures to your arsenal. Pixaby may also be a good source for such textures. When you have amassed some of them you might want to try blending them to achieve the results you need. I believe someone uploaded parchment styles onto the forum which may be of use.

Here is a texture I created by mixing AI texture generation and resizing and editing. PNG format

These aren't what I was looking for, but thanks for providing them. I'm sure someone else can use them.

Yeah, these are metallicized versions for more creative applications. The first lot is probably the best for you.
