Issue with dash line style

Recommended Posts

Hey,

does anyone else have problems with the dash line style? Drawing a line and then applying dash line style and nothing happens…

Hi transitdiagrams,

There is a known issue that if a curve contains a pressure profile that isn't 100% pressure, then switching to a dashed line will fail to make the dashes appear.

If you select the regular stroke (to the left of the dashed button) you should see the pressure graph directly below. Please ensure you only have a start and end node on this graph and they're both set to the very top. If you don't see the text 'Drag handles to adjust pressure' then the pressure profile has modified.

You can reset the pressure by tapping a blank area of the graph and selecting 'Reset Pressure', after that switching to the Dash line style should show you the dash.

Thank you that helps... but this is not very intuitive... I was very annoyed for days about this always had to copy existing dash line graphs and modify them...

Please repair this in the future!

Glad you've got it working! As I said we do have this logged but I will get it bumped with your comments.
