kbecker83
I've had this happen twice now on various different designs that I've made. Last time, I uninstalled Designer and reinstalled it and the problem was fixed... For a few days. Now it's back. I tried to uninstall and reinstall and nada. It's printing lighter colored borders around my imported images. I don't understand what's causing it because I don't see it on the screen before I print. It's only on the printed copy. Please help!!!! I am using Windows. Edited September 17, 2021 by kbecker83

Staff Lee D Posted September 17, 2021 Staff Share Posted September 17, 2021 Hi @kbecker83 Welcome to the forums. Do you have a sample document that you can provide, such as one of the above so that I can do some test prints with? Can you also let me know which version of Windows you're using and what the make and model of your printer is and are the drivers up to date.
