How would I create a similar design like this but I don’t want it to look exactly like the image.

You’ve had plenty of practice recently, so you know how to draw the cup! Use the Pen Tool to draw the arms and hands, add round-cornered rectangles for the fingers, and choose whatever fonts you like for the text. (Some fonts even include those ribbon thingies, but it’s easy enough to draw your own.)
