Exporting is adding +1 pixel to the resolution.

It is likely that something is not positioned properly on the pixel grid (non-integer X or Y values in the Transform panel) or has a non-integer pixel Width or Height. You may need to adjust your application preferences to see this (Preferences, User Interface, then set the number of decimal places displayed for px units to 3 or more).

Without a screenshot of your work, and more details, it's difficult to say more.

Without a screenshot of your work, and more details, it's difficult to say more.

Thanks for the reply, changing the display unit to 3, found that the slice box have some offset.
