Johan Crous
I have noticed weird behaviour after the latest update in Affinity Photo. New from clipboard only works once. I can copy something new, but copy from clipboard will now paste the first copy. I cannot coppy even layers to another photo, same thing happen. It worked perfectly until latest update. I am sometimes able to clear the issue by closing all images and start afresh. Will a clipboard clearing app help?
Old Bruce
Here is my dumb question: Do you have anything actually selected when you copy the second time? I do this rather a lot, several times in a row even after I realize I have nothing selected. Quote Mac Pro (Late 2013) Mac OS 12.7.4 Affinity Designer 2.4.1 | Affinity Photo 2.4.1 | Affinity Publisher 2.4.1 | Beta versions as they appear. I have never mastered color management, period, so I cannot help with that.

Yes, I selected something after I used the selction tool, selected by pressing Control + C and then paste from clipboard. It pasted the previous copy. Tried it several times. It even did the same when I tried to copy three layers over to another image.

I can't find a "paste from clipboard option". If you mean "New from clipboard" that is for creating new documents. If you want to paste something into an existing document, you should use Control + C then Control + V. (or Layer, Paste Inside to constrain the pasted item within the existing document.)
