JFisher Posted November 16, 2015 Share Posted November 16, 2015 Hi RDG12345Thanks for posting on the forums! :) Select the Text Tool and start writing over the photo. The text will be created in a new layer so you can position it freely anywhere on the photo without affecting it. To move the text change to the Move Tool and drag it to where you want it.
