If Sketch Creator is a filter that turns photos into images with an artistic look, you could give the free G'MIC plugin a try. It offers around 570 free filters in different categories. And there are also many artistic filters like Brushify, Finger Paint, Hough Sketch and many others.

Take the 8bf-plugin for Photoshop, Affinity Photo and others.

Yes, Sorry, seems that it's for Windows only. Didn't think about it.

Edit: I haven't checked it out, but there is also a G'MIC-Online-Service, so that you should be able to use it in your webbrowser. You find the link on the Homepage of G'MIC.

@Ellen Novara-da Lima Somehow I couldn’t add a comment to the above posting, but if you will look in the Tutorials section of these forums you will find the  excellent Olivio Sarikas tutorial.  Hope this helps.

You could also go to the Resources Section of these forums and in the Search box enter “Pencil Effect Macro.”  @R C-R has posted a very nice way to create a pencil sketch from an image.

You could also check out FotoSketcher for a free stand alone app to create drawing and painting effects.
